Preços para cafésPricing for cafés
Um preço fixo por loja e por mês, conforme o número de clientes ativos (clientes diferentes que ganharam ou trocaram pontos nessa loja durante o mês). Se a loja crescer, passa para o plano seguinte automaticamente — e avisamos sempre. One fixed price per shop per month, by the number of active customers (different customers who earned or redeemed points at that shop during the month). If the shop grows, it moves up to the next plan automatically — and we always tell you.

Não. Os pontos são um benefício de fidelização de cada café: trocam-se por recompensas nesse café e não podem ser convertidos em dinheiro.No. Points are a loyalty benefit of each café: they're swapped for rewards there and can't be turned into cash.
Preciso de equipamento novo?Do I need new equipment?
Não. A equipa usa a app num telemóvel ou o painel num browser para ler o código do cliente.No. Staff use the app on a phone, or the dashboard in a browser, to read the customer's code.
Como é feito o pagamento?How do I pay?
Mensalmente, por débito direto, cartão ou MB WAY, através da easypay. O valor é o do plano de cada loja nesse mês.Monthly, by direct debit, card or MB WAY, through easypay. The amount is each shop's plan for that month.
